Job description

Monroe Equipment Inc., a growing HVAC wholesaler, is seeking an office assistant / warranty coordinator to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a customer-focused environment. Accurate data entry skills and professional phone etiquette are necessary. MS Office knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities include processing warranty claims, working with vendors to ensure credits are received, communicating with customers, creating/running various reports, assisting with billing, backing up switchboard and other duties as assigned.
