Shift Supervisors are a critical part of our restaurant leadership team. Shift Supervisors work with restaurant management to provide the direction and training required on every shift to exceed our customer's expectations. Wendy's Shift Supervisor:
- Open the restaurant on time and rush ready
- Execute pattern of management to assess the restaurant, efficiently run shifts, coach employees and ensure customer satisfaction
- Execute post rush activities to prepare restaurant for next shift
- Execute pre-close and closing activities
- Manage and maintain register operator cash control
- Ensure all restaurant cleanliness standards are met
- Utilize food management systems to achieve food cost goals and ensure product quality
- Maintain restaurant labor to goal on all shifts
- Execute all safety and security policies and procedures
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines

What we expect from you - 1 year of restaurant management experience at the Shift Supervisor level
- Must be able to pass criminal background check
- Ability to work 30-40 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Self motivated and eager to work in a fast paced environment
