Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 4-6 years of corporate transactional experience in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, private placements of debt and equity securities, venture capital financing, strategic joint ventures, capital markets, corporate governance, private investment funds, and general middle-market corporate matters. As the result of a recent merger, this firm now has over 400 lawyers in nine offices from Boston to Washington, D.C. The firm represents businesses, financial institutions, government entities, and individuals in a wide array of practice areas.
