General Urology Physician to join our
physician led, patient centered practice in Bakersfield, CA. We are affiliated with Bakersfield Memorial Hospital ( bakersfieldmemorial.org ) a nd Mercy Hospitals ( dignityhealth.org/mercy-bakersfield ) and aligned with one of the largest health systems in the nation and the largest hospital system in California.
Practice Highlights: - Join experienced Urologist in the Group and Team of experienced Urologists to share call
- 1:7 hospital call
- da Vinci robot available
- Emphasizes high quality of care over quantity
- Dedicated MA team for efficient workflow

- Opportunity to precept medical students
Available Resources: - RN Triage during after hours and weekends
- Marketing representative to help build patient panel with various media resources and connecting you with the community
Compensation/Benefits Include: - Student loan assistance
- Excellent earning potential supported by a salary guarantee period of $400,000 - $475,000/year
- Generous sign on bonus and relocation assistance
- Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans and CME allowance
