Job Title: Material Support Specialist
Length of Assignment: 12 months

Must be a US Citizen or a Permanent Resident Alien

Quantity One: Position #2 Work Schedule (1st shift): MondayFriday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM; Sat and Sun OFF

PPE Equipment needed (if applicable): Steel toed boots required

All candidates will have to meet with the hiring manager at the facility or virtually so please include general availability for a one on one.

Job Duties:
Pull Parts (up to 35 lbs)
Monitor emails & order screens
Load/Unload Trucks forklift
Answering calls from customers (excellent communication skills needed)
Responding to customer emails in a professional manner
Process orders utilizing Wabtec s processing system
Safety
Order Fulfilment
Inventory Management
Cycle Counting
Shipping and Receiving
Record Keeping
MHE Operations
Computer Operations
Housekeeping

Educational Requirements: Minimum High School Diploma or GED

Hardware/Software Knowledge Needed: Microsoft Office and preferably Oracle (Wabtec will train on Oracle if need be)
