An established, national RIA firm has an immediate need for a Senior Private Client Services Associate to join the team in South Florida. We work exclusively with High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals and their multi-million and billion-dollar businesses as well as their families. Due to continuous growth, we are looking to add a Senior level Private Client Services Associate to join the team. 

We have openings for both Client Service Associates & Senior Client Service Associates to join the team in our Florida office. This is a full time, hybrid remote role. (3 days in office & 2 remote days). 

Job Responsibilities:
- Onboarding of new High Net Worth clientele
- Working directly with the Wealth Advisors in preparation of allocations and investments
- Active communication with clients - processing inquiries
- Preparing and processing investment paperwork

Requirements:
- Bachelors in Finance, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of Client Services Experience with a Wealth Management, Registered Investment Advisory (RIA), or Investment Banking firm
- Series 65 or 66 Highly Preferred
- Excellent organizational skills 
- Demonstrated client service skills  Benefits
