We're looking for a driven and experienced personal injury litigation paralegal to assist the trial lawyers in litigating seven and eight-figure cases to verdict. Salary $75,000- $95,000

What You Will Be Doing

The role involves understanding the client's case thoroughly, assisting in case intake, drafting pleadings, responding to discovery, drafting subpoenas, objections, motions for summary judgment/adjudication, preparing for fact and expert depositions, preparing trial documents, and assisting attorneys during the trial.

What You Need for this Position

5+ years of experience in the following:
- Litigation
- filing motions
- Deposition
- Trial Court
- Trial Preparation

**Be prepared to provide a writing samples (Discovery, MSJ, MSJ Opp, Motion to Compel)**
