Job description

New Jersey’s top restaurant Heirloom Kitchen is seeking a Manager for full time employment at our restaurant in Asbury Park, NJ, Heirloom @ St. Laurent. This restaurant is creating a nationally recognized experiential restaurant on the Jersey Shore, and are looking for the right people to join our team. This concept has multiple areas of F&B from servicing the poolside, inside lunch and dinner + our cocktail lounge up front. We also have 20 guest rooms upstairs and in the off season will be an event based space that also hosts many curated F&W culinary retreats and weekends.

This candidate is someone who embodies true hospitality. We also would like a candidate with wine knowledge, experience with bar programs, running an operation that is open almost 6 days a week in high season and 5 days a week in the low. We need a team player who thrives on giving the guest the best experience possible. Ultimately, more important than experience, is open mindedness, thoughtfulness, teamwork, attention to detail, and a desire for excellence.
