We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Manager to join our team. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our sales processes and systems, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations. You will work closely with the sales team, finance team, and other stakeholders to drive sales performance, improve sales processes, and provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Define end-to- end sales operations processes, procedures, workflows, co-initiatives to best support the business and sales teams.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, and other departments to ensure seamless process, documentation, communication and collaboration across Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery and Managed Services solutions
- Implement best practices and tools to streamline workflows and improve overall productivity.
- Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts and drive a culture of “hygiene”.
- Support the management of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement sales technologies to enhance operational efficiency, as needed.
- Has responsibility for maintaining and growing customer renewals
- Support onboarding of new sales team members, including development of training materials.
- Collaborate closely with Coretek Account Executives to identify and drive product-related sales in their respective modules
- Procure product quotes from the designated Coretek distributors.
- Understand the incentives offered from distributors/OEM vendors and market that to the Coretek sales/presales teams
- Perform admin tasks necessary to move a deal forward which include deal registration, applying for incentive funding and various other processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales Operations or related roles (cloud technology industry experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of sales processes and workflows
- Strategic thinking and the ability to drive process improvements.
- Experience with CRM systems, sales automation tools and other sales technologies
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
