Minimum Qualifications (these must be addressed in your resume for full consideration):
Two years of experience in analyzing, calculating, recording, and maintaining routine financial information and must include accounting, data, or payroll processing;
OR
At least 94 quarter (63 semester) credit hours or associates degree from an accredited college, university, or vocational- technical school that includes 12 quarter (9 semester) hours in accounting, business, or finance;
OR
A Certified Payroll Professional’s (CPP) certificate;
OR
One year of experience analyzing, calculating, recording, and maintaining routine financial information and must include accounting, data, or payroll processing; AND
At least 43 quarter (29 semester) credit hours from an accredited college, university, or vocational-technical school that includes 8 quarter (6 semester) hours in accounting, business, or finance;
OR
One year of experience analyzing, calculating, recording, and maintaining routine financial information and must include accounting, data, or payroll processing; AND
Payroll certification from an accredited college, university, or vocational-technical school
Preferred Skills (these must be addressed in your cover letter for full consideration):
Ability to work with a wide range of individuals in a positive, collaborative, and productive manner is critical to success in this position.
Advanced problem-solving skills including but not limited to research, adaptability, and innovation.
Knowledge of Collective Bargaining agreements and ability to interpret and apply concepts appropriately.
Experience applying rules, policies, and procedures to work assignments.
Workday Payroll or Oregon State Payroll System knowledge preferred.
Intermediate to advance knowledge in Excel preferred.

The salary listed is the non-PERS (Public Employee Retirement System) qualifying salary range. If the successful candidate is PERS qualifying, the salary range will reflect an additional 6.95%. Please review the
