Your Mission:
To provide financial, analytical, and cost accounting support to Engineered Solutions manufacturing operations in Mesa, AZ and Libertyville, IL. Support Mesa and Libertyville local safety and Kaiteki initiatives. Assist the ES Controller to support business KPIs and financial analysis.
What You Will Do…
+ Perform detailed reviews and initiate corrective action to ensure accurate product costing for ES products in a job costing environment.
+ Perform regular operational analysis to ensure accurate reporting, management attention, and corrective action development/implementation.
+ Perform other financial analysis to support reporting and improvements in manufacturing efficiency, cycle counting, margin analysis, material yield, cost performance, inventory valuation, and CER investments.
+ Prepare, distribute, and discuss month-end reporting and analysis for ES manufacturing, including cost performance, inventory management, manufacturing efficiency, and KPI performance.
+ Key member of the ES manufacturing management teams, actively participating in manufacturing operations discussions, local safety and Kaiteki initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
+ Support financial audits, month-end closing, and other ad-hoc requests.
+ Perform special analysis and projects as requested by the ES Controller.
+ Perform special analysis and projects as requested by the Mesa and Libertyville plant managers and other members of the manufacturing management teams.
+ Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Have…
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minimum of 4-8 years progressive experience in cost and general accounting with a thorough understanding of the “job shop” manufacturing environment; demonstrated proficiency and strong computer intuitive nature with ERP software and Excel spreadsheet
+ Passion for understanding supply chain and manufacturing processes
+ Strong in preparation, analysis, and interpretation of data for financial analysis and reports
+ Strong general and cost accounting skills
+ Demonstrates attention to detail
+ Superior interpersonal/communication skills
+ Ability to interact with manufacturing employees, supervisors, and upper-level management
+ Hard working; passionate; strong desire to improve and excel in all areas
+ Strong desire to drive improvement in the business with unquestionable ethics, honesty and integrity.
+ Excellent MS Office and ERP system experience

Pay Transparency (complete highlighted sections)
The salary range for this position is $68,000 – $95,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
