Job Description
Position: Program Analyst, Senior
Location: Alexandria, VA (Remote at this time, but may be asked to go onsite (Alexandria VA) depending on the Client requirements)

Description:
Seeking an experienced Project Management and IT infrastructure professional to support enterprise level Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR)/Continuity of Operation (COOP) communication, customer support, integration, planning, and implementation activities. This shall include applicable communication messaging in the accomplishment of this requirement to include any necessary support personnel on-site or off-site. In addition, the qualified professional is responsible for all management and administrative tasks associated with executing this objective to achieve the desired outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide BCDR industry best practices, expertise, and support.
- Provide BCDR proactive communication and collaboration support.
- Provide BCDR continuous customer and stakeholder engagement support.
- Provide BCDR requirements definition, planning, and implementation support.
- Provide BCDR metrics, KPIs, and business process improvement support.
- Provide BCDR artifacts, analysis, and requirement workshop support.
- Provide BCDR coordination with product line, existing systems/infrastructures and other initiatives identified within the agency.
- Provide BCDR assistance in strategizing and orchestrating Disaster Recovery and Failover and Planning exercises.
- Provide BCDR assistance in planning Data Center relocation and migrations to new Alternate Processing site Colocation Data Centers.
- Support the product lines with enterprise infrastructure tasks related to planning, executing, oversight and reporting.
- Assist in improving coordination and finding efficiencies between product lines and within the product lines.
- Use agency and industry recognized best product development and support practices to complete work requirements and provide written recommendations on improvements that will benefit the supported product lines.
- Assist with the mitigation/resolution of product line and product related risks/issues by using the applicable reporting tool(s).
- Provide meeting support as requested by the assigned Task Order Manager (TOM) for the Product Line or Product level meetings to include Status Reviews, Lessons Learned meetings and ad-hoc meetings.
- Create ad-hoc briefings, responses to data calls from internal/external stakeholders, and additional reporting requirements as directed by the TOM.
- Maintain a Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) manual for the product line as requested by the TOM.
Required Skills, Credentials, and Experience
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience and a Bachelor’s degree
- IT Infrastructure experience as it relates to the
job description
- Public Trust or the ability to obtain one
- Expert user of Microsoft Project Server (MS Project Professional & SharePoint )
- Expert user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience directly interacting with Agile Development Methodologies
- Strong facilitation and cross-functional team facilitation skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Desired Skills, Credentials, and Experience (Not Required):
- Federal government project management experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Experienced user of Rally
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or Project Management
