Job description

CMIT is looking for a knowledgeable IT Business Development Sales Representative to join our team. This position is responsible for achieving company sales goals by managing resources to ensure long-term business development and sales growth. Also, responsible for building and developing a large sales territory by promoting our IT services and support to businesses.

Responsibilities:

-Strong mining ability to build and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities
-Building and developing relationships with prospects and clients to grow accounts
-Generate sales leads through persuasive calls, company visits, networking, and industry events
-Research and vet prospects/clients for better service and support
-Work with prospects/clients to develop and implement tailored product solutions for their specific needs
-Increase revenues through the design, sale, and delivery of information product proposals and presentation to the decision-maker
-Be an impactful member of the sales team through the achievement of monthly revenue goals
-Maintain accurate prospects/client information
-Maintain ongoing knowledge of our technology solutions and service offerings
-Work with internal resources to understand technology trends to identify opportunities to up-sell
-Negotiation of proposals and contracts

Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent
