(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Medical Technologist - Histology - NEW Histology Technician (HT) OR Histology Technologist (HTL) Opening at an industry leading laboratory that provides comprehensive anatomic, clinical and molecular pathology services. This laboratory specializes in hematology|oncology, dermatology, urology, gynecology, non-gyn cytopathology, neuropathology and forensic medicine (as well as others). Also, this laboratory is fully certified by the state of Tennessee, College of American Pathologists (CAP) and the Joint Commission as well as the Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA).
This laboratory is looking to hire a permanent and full time Histotech OR Histology Technician on NIGHTS (10pm start time). The histotech will be responsible for performing routine histology (embedding, cutting, staining, microtomy) as well as more advanced histology including special stains and IHC. For consideration, applicants must have his|her AS degree as well as HT|HTL Certificate through ASCP or equivalent. This facility is offering a highly competitive compensation package!
