Real Estate Field Assistant

Job description
We are looking for a Real Estate Field Assistant for full-time work. Job includes staging and setting up our listings, assisting at Photo Shoots, preparing listing input forms, showing properties, and assisting with the daily needs of a very busy real estate team. Must have strong attention to detail, professional and positive attitude, and be proficient with online tools.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with Photo Shoots by preparing the property, staging, assisting the photographer
- Measure, identify and prepare Listing Input forms for the Listing Team at the properties
- Set up and open properties for daily showings
- Accompany showings at listings as needed
- Install lockboxes, get keys ready and ensure property is ready for market
- Checking properties to ensure they are "show" ready
- New Construction Photoshoots
- Daily errands and drop-offs at office and properties
Qualifications:
- Strong Computer Skills
- Data Entry or Administrative/Support Experience
- Adaptable to new software programs
- Time Management
- Ability to lift/move furniture and household items
- Desire to learn and grow with the team
- Drivers License
- Real Estate experience a bonus
