We are currently seeking a Backend Engineer to join our team REMOTE in the United States.
Job Description:
- Writing clean, scalable & efficient code.
- Integrating user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
- Building reusable code libraries for future use.
- Designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
- Optimizing the performance of applications for full-scale production deployments.
- Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents.
- Participating in code reviews.
- Troubleshooting and debugging to optimize performance.
Key Requirements - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer.
- 8+ years of experience with Software Engineering best practices such as Design Patterns, Code Reviews, Unit, and Integration Testing, etc.
- In-depth understanding of Data Structures and other computer science fundamentals.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
About NTT DATA Services: Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this onsite role is
$50.00 - $70.00/hour USD . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
