Are you passionate about helping individuals with developmental disabilities reach their full potential? We're seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Broward County, Florida. As an RBT with us, you'll play a crucial role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to our clients. This W-2 position offers stability and growth opportunities, all while making a positive impact in your community.
Schedule: Part Time
Sign-On Bonus: $500
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA therapy programs as designed by our BCBA professionals.
- Collect data on client progress and behavior.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Foster a supportive and engaging environment for clients.

Requirements:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
