Job Description
Who are we looking for?
A Sr. Tester for a critical project for one of our biggest client in Insurance domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.
Technical Skills:
Expert knowledge on robotic process automation testing bots.
Detail Knowledge on testing of required Automation modules
Create and maintain test documentation related to Robotic Process Automation projects: Process Mapping, business requirements, functional & technical specifications, proposals, go-live release notes, package deployment and administration
Perform quality assurance tests for all developments before their go-live
Should have exposure in estimation techniques and requirements gathering
Need to work as a team leader to contribute along with technical team.
Interface and communicate with the tech lead and the clients.
Planning and monitoring of the Module deliverables from the team.
Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects.
Expert knowledge on Testing Life Cycle.
Mandatory experience:
Minimum 4 years Testing experience in Robotic automation using any RPA tool
Must have worked at least 2-3 RPA projects (end to end implementation, not just PoC) should be executed
Develop test plan, test cases and reporting of defects, triaging.
Process Skills:
Capable of analyzing requirements and develop test cases as per project defined software process
Ability to create SIT test plans, execute test plans, create test data and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.
Behavioral Skills:
Excellent Communication skills.
Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
Certification:
Any RPA tool certification will be a plus
