Physician Assistant – Orthopedic Surgery

Froedtert South has an exciting opportunity for a Physician Assistant. The Physician Assistant will have assignments in the following areas: inpatient rounds, outpatient visits, and surgical first assistant. The practice includes general Orthopedics including but not limited to the following areas: shoulder, elbow, hand/wrist, foot/ankle, hip, and knee. The position includes varied hours including early morning, late evenings, and weekends. The position will have a minimum of 80 scheduled office/rounding hours in any two-week period.
The Physician Assistant will direct patient care in the hospital and clinic setting, handle all aspects of treatment plans, review and evaluate test results, complete medical documentation, and complete patient follow-up calls under the supervision of a physician.
