Compensation: $55,000 - $95,000 per yr
The Service Advisor :
- Sets and prepares for appointments with customers to expedite their service experience.
- Greets customers in a timely and friendly manner.
- Determines the customers' needs based on consultation.
- Produces repair orders for customers with full transparency including cost and time estimates.
- Follows-up with customers on the status of their vehicle.
- Sets and achieves targeted sales goals.
- Gains superior product knowledge to effectively help customers with service maintenance requirements and warranty information.
- Provides an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position.
