Job Title: Senior Project Manager OR Project Manager
Job Location: Corpus Christi, TX
Salary: $130k-$150k
Requirements: We are hiring for both Project managers and Senior Project Managers. We are seeking candidates who have good experience / well rounded background on commercial and/or industrial projects

We are an established General Contractor and currently hiring for an experienced project manager. We offer stability and have consistent upcoming projects. We have a wide range of commercial/Industrial construction projects ranging frim $5M - $100+ Million.

What You Will Be Doing

- Manage the project team throughout the construction process
- Create, monitor, and update project timelines, identifying deliverables and assigning tasks to team members
- Develop and execute contracts with project owners and subcontractors in accordance with project scope
- Take ownership of any project issues that arise and quickly resolve them in a professional manner, involving relevant parties as needed

What You Need for this Position

We are hiring for PMs and Senior PMs

- 7+ years experience as a Construction Project Manager at another general contractor
- Commercial and/or Industrial construction projects
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated
