Job Title : Sr. IT Service Desk Specialist

Job Type : Contract-to-hire *The client has the ability and is seeking to convert this resource to a FTE after a period of roughly 6-months on contract, at their discretion

Worksite Location : Onsite 5-days per week in North Dallas / Addison, TX area

W2- Hourly Pay Rate : Based on experience and credentials, $30.00 - $40.00 / hour

Salary Conversion : Based on experience and credentials , $65,000 - $85,000+ annual base salary

Vaco Dallas is seeking qualified applications for a Sr. IT Service Desk Specialist, for a contract-to-hire, onsite employment opportunity for a client located in the North Dallas / Addison, TX area. Job Scope Overview:

The responsibilities for the Sr. IT Service Desk Specialist include but are not limited to, operational integrity, monitoring and managing tickets, receiving / placing phone calls, and availability during scheduled shift to troubleshoot computer and network equipment for all global end users of the organization. This is to include desktops, notebooks, software, configurations, and associated peripherals, as well as basic Azure cloud computing support. This position will include all tier 1 and 2 support functions for the service desk, so the ideal candidate must be able to solve user problems and know who to call to get a problem fixed. Candidates must be able to work independently as well as collaborate with others in a team setting, as this role will have desktop support/desk-side interaction with end users and executives. Candidates must have exceptional customer service skills with the ability to deliver white glove customer service and support.
