The Prince George Replenishment Center is currently seeking to fill openings on their team for Warehouse Days & Nights, positions & shifts listed below. Interested candidates must meet the minimum requirements to qualify for an interview.
LTOs $15.45 & $17.25 (60-day)
Receivers $16.05 & $17.85 (60-day)
Loaders $17.00 & $18.35 (60-day)
Stagers $16.05 & $17.35 (60-day)
Turret Truck Operators $18.00 & $19.35 (60-day)
Receivers
This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor. Must be able to unload inbound trailers using pallet jack. Place inbound labels on pallets. Separate mixed product on pallets, cover with cardboard. Use RF gun to receive product into facility. Notify a supervisor of any inventory, damaged product or safety issues. Must be able to perform various tasks as assigned by a supervisor. Must follow all Safety, GMP, and HACCP policies and procedures established in the facility.
Loaders
This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor. Using basic reading, writing, and analytical skills, must be able to determine which product to load, must be able to correctly process data entry instructions, and must be able to direct work flow for timely processing of product. Must utilize data collection equipment to scan and create appropriate inventory transactions. Must be able to use pallet jack to load 46-foot trailers with pallets of fresh product weighing up to 65lbs per box. Must be able to follow all SOP’s relative to loading as described in the QA loading procedures.
Receiving LTOs
This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and is responsible for insuring that inventory is correctly put away or picked as directed by the W arehouse M anagement S ystem. Operations will be conducted on the following equipment while maintaining quality standards developed by Perdue and the USDA: Turret Lift Truck, Reach Truck, Walkie Reach Truck, and Counter Balance Lift. Responsible for picking and scanning inventory utilizing a RF unit. Complete all functions as tasked by the WMS System. Must be able to follow all safety procedures required when operating a forklift within the facility. Responsible for changing lift battery and the general upkeep of the lift. Fill out the daily lift inspection sheet and notify a supervisor of any damage to a lift, facility, or product. Notify a supervisor of any discrepancies in the WMS system. Must be able to follow all safety, GMP, and HACCP policies and procedures.
Turret Truck
The overall purpose of this position, i.e., what it accomplishes at Perdue and/or why it exists is: Utilize Turret Truck to rotate, maneuver, and order select product within the VN storage racks specified by customer orders
ALL POSITIONS REQUIRE OBTAINING AND MAINTAIN POWER INDUSTRIAL TRUCK LICENSE THROUGH PERDUE

High School Education, GED or Equivalent
1 year of forklift / warehouse experience
1 year of pallet jack, Lift truck operator, Loader, & Warehouse experience
When in a plant environment: Exposure primarily consists of wet and moist floors which include metal and plastic grating surfaces. May be exposed to temperatures of 28 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit with both ambient and 100% humidity. May handle product 25 degrees to 50 degrees Fahrenheit. May be exposed to noise ranges of 50 db to 110 db.May be exposed to dust, feathers and all chemicals used in poultry, food, processing facility. Must wear and use protective and safety equipment required for the job as directed by the Company. Occasional exposure to carbon dioxide vapors 10ppm and chlorine less than 20 ppm. Able to stand for several hours. Work may include lifting (up to 90 lbs) without mechanical assistance, reaching, bending, pushing boxes on conveyor assembly.
