Job Title: Materials Manager
Job Location: Menomonee Falls, WI (Onsite 5 days a week)
Salary: $90k-$100k DOE + Quarterly Bonus
Requirements: 5+ yrs Manufacturing Industry Experience + Managerial Experience + Bachelor's Degree + ERP / MRP Experience

We are a leading manufacturer of engineered and plastic solutions across a multitude of industires and are looking for an experienced Materials Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, as well as have several years of managerial experience and knowledge in Manufacturing, Plastics, KPIs, MRP, ERP, JDE, and Buyer Planner experience. Strong Inventory Control skills are also required.

What You Will Be Doing

As Materials Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing inventory, procurement, and distribution to ensure the timely delivery of goods and materials. You will work with production and supply chain teams to identify potential areas of improvement and ensure efficient operations.

What You Need for this Position

Must Have Skills:
- 5+ yrs Manufacturing industry experience
- Logistics experience - strong buyer experience, planning / production experience
- Managerial / Supervisory experience (this person will have 4 direct and 3 indirect reports)
- Experience working in ERP and MRP systems (We use an Oracle based system - JD Edwards)
- Experience negotiating with suppliers
- Strong in KPI's
- Bachelor's Degree (Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or relevant)

Nice To Have Skills:
- Implementing team KPI's
- Experience with inventory control
- Plastics industry experience
- Excel experience
