Salary: $85-95k base salary
Hours : Onsite – Monday – Friday
Job Summary: Our client is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join their team in Woodstock, NY. You will play a pivotal role in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of individuals with a variety of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, promoting optimal recovery and functional outcomes for our patients.
Qualifications: - Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current California state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on evidence-based practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-5 year’s experience working as a Physical Therapist.
- Specialized training or certifications in areas such as orthopedics, sports, or neurology.
Job Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients’ musculoskeletal and neuromuscular function.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient goals, and evidence-based practice.
- Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities, to address patients’ specific needs.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients on their condition, treatment plan, and home exercise programs to enhance self-management and long-term success.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, physicians, and support staff, to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
- Stay current with the latest research and advancements in physical therapy to enhance the quality of care provided.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development activities.
