Job Title: Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager
Location: Columbia, MD
Salary: $80,000-$120,000+ DOE

What You Will Be Doing

- Manage multiple construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and monitoring progress to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Attend weekly project meetings
- Participate in weekly site visits
- Collaborate with teams involved in each project
- Maintaining good relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors

What You Need for this Position

Required:
- 2+ years of Project Management experience
- 1+ years of experience with Commercial Construction and/or Interior Upfits
- Experience managing multiple projects at a time
- Experience scheduling and managing subcontractors

Preferred:
- Design/build project experience
- Prior experience managing your own projects
