A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AUTOMOTIVE RECONDITIONING AIDE - CAR DEALERSHIP ASSISTANT
As an Automotive Reconditioning Aide - Car Dealership Assistant, you are the person our reconditioning (recon) manager relies on most. As an ambitious and motivated go-getter, you're always ready, willing, and able to jump in and lend a hand wherever you're needed. Each morning you arrive punctually at our dealership, eager to attend the morning meeting and hear about the day's agenda.
You spend the shift working closely with the recon manager, learning from their expertise as they ensure automobiles are properly inspected, detailed, and prepped for sale. You appreciate the mentorship and guidance they provide as you learn how to accomplish automotive tasks with integrity and accountability. Demonstrating a positive attitude and a can-do approach, you quickly locate automobiles on the lot, deliver cars, and assist with streamlining our processes. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE RECONDITIONING AIDE - CAR DEALERSHIP ASSISTANT

WORK SCHEDULE
This position has a schedule of 9 am - 7 pm, Monday - Friday, and 9 am - 6 pm on Saturday. Our Automotive Reconditioning Aides - Car Dealership Assistants also enjoy 1 weekday off, 1 late-start shift at 10 am, and every Sunday off !
