Grave ShiftProduction Team Lead
*Schedule: Sunday Thursday 9:45pm 6:00 am
Follow shift startup standards and lead the shift startup meeting.
Has clear communication and listening skills. Communication includes shift turnover information pass down communication new machines mod forms etc.
Conduct associate appraisals.
Detail oriented with good teaching organization and problemsolving skills.
Promote workshop participation by all team members.
Ensure associates are meeting start time end time and break/lunch time rules.
Ensures disharmony friction and other sources of conflict are removed from the area.
Other duties as assigned
Able to work under the direction of a Supervisor and work independently on shift.
Desire detailoriented person with good math and problemsolving skills.
Ensure all team members are following the safety standards.
Ensure all team members complete monthly safety and APS training.
Follow written and verbal instructions
. Ensure all team members are following the safety standards and are working safely.
Ensure all stretches are performed by all team members at the proper time/s.
Ensure all team members receive the monthly safety training.
