SilverCrest Properties is accepting applications for
our SilverCrest Properties Healthcare Management Team at our SilverCreek on Main Senior Community in Maple Grove, MN. Potential roles: These are fast-paced positions with flexible hours to fit your schedule. These positions provides excellent growth and advancement opportunities.
- Registered Nurse
- Clinical Nurse Specialist (Corporate Level, Float Registered Nurse)
- Clinical Director (RN)
Potential Hours: Our properties have functions that run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Healthcare Management team work a variety of hours through out the week and on weekend rotations to provide leadership support.
There is flexibility in the shifts.
We offer you a variety of shifts to create either a Full Time or Part Time schedule.
