IT Infrastructure Manager

Hybrid role Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder. No 3rd parties!!!!!!! We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee our company's technology infrastructure and systems. You will manage the IT staff, optimize network performance, implement new solutions, ensure data and system security, and provide timely support. To excel in this role, you must have strong leadership abilities, excellent technical knowledge, and outstanding project execution skills.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically lead IT operations including systems, networks, hardware, software, and staff
- Oversee complex technology integrations between core platforms like Shopify, Microsoft SQL Server, Dynamics NAVision, EDI, etc.
- Continuously monitor and maintain infrastructure efficiency and availability.
- Plan and test disaster recovery, data backups, and information security
- Direct new solution evaluation and deployment to enhance capabilities.
- Administer servers, virtualization, reporting tools, databases, and other critical applications.
- Optimize network performance across LAN/WAN and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Govern end-user support processes to provide prompt and accurate assistance.
- Create and oversee budgets for IT investments, licensing, procurement, etc.
- Maintain compliance with software vendor policies and appropriate regulations.
- Operate as a functional consultant between business and Dynamics NAVision partner.
- Experience with Lanham E-Ship, Warehousing, EDI, and AFP a plus
- Work as part of an international team and collaborate with counterparts in all Geographies.
- Willingness to do any IT related function including physical labor setting up new hardware.
Requirements:
- 7+ years managing enterprise IT environments and teams.
- Expert knowledge of solutions like Shopify, NAVision, SQL Server, Jet Reports, VMWare, etc
- Exceptional ability to lead complex technology projects on time and on budget.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and hands-on infrastructure skills
- Sharp analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience driving transformational change through technology.
- Very hand on position!
