Job description
We are an established manufacturing company looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team. As the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for identifying process opportunities and developing strategies to improve various aspects of our operations. You will be working alongside other managers to develop, implement, and maintain an effective system of continuous improvement.
- Direct responsibility for all continuous improvement activities including Daily Management, Kaizen, 5S and Visual Management, VSM, TPM, SMED, RCCM, and footprint strategies
- Ensure adherence and execution of SQDCI daily management and coach employees to action and problem solve abnormalities
- Plan, promote and organize training activities related to CI tools, product quality and reliability
- 5+ years of experience in lean deployment and or implementation
- Bachelors Degree
- Proven ability to drive results as well as drive better efficiencies by improving and sustaining
- Proven experience in change management and demonstrated ability to challenge an organization
- Annual salary of $115,000 to $140,000 (DOE)
