Immediate opening for a Contract Receptionist role in the Dayton, OH area!
This contract will be needed for 2-3 months.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

This role will require you to be the face of our client’s company. Looking for someone who can excel in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Greet visitors and clients in person and via telephone.
- Answer multi-line phone system and provide basic information, direct calls to the appropriate party, or t ake messages as necessary.
- Maintain clean lobby, conference rooms, and common areas at all times, including restocking refrigerators and loading dishwashers.
- Coordinate conference room schedules.
- Stock supplies throughout the office.
- Manage deliveries and pickups.
- Process all incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, overnight deliveries, and shipments.
- File documents electronically & physically and assist with copying and scanning and preparing documents.
- Closeout and store files.
- Special projects as assigned.

- Ability to multi-task throughout the day with high level of efficiency and accuracy
- Proficient in Adobe, Outlook email/calendar and MS Word. Excel and PowerPoint experience is a bonus
- Minimum of a High School diploma and some relevant office experience
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. (occasionally for inventory items) and sit for extended periods of time
