The Role
Interrupt Media is seeking an intermediate Salesforce admin and data analyst to join our team. This position will work under the guidance and planning of our Senior Admin/Architect on projects ranging from initial implementations to rebuilds and cleanup of existing orgs. Please note: This is not an APEX developer role.
You will need to be client-facing, sometimes taking the lead, direction, and guidance not only from the Senior Admin, but also from a dedicated and strong team of tooling experts for all integrations. Data integrity and client trust are a large component of our approach.
We are looking for someone who is dedicated to creating clean and scalable solutions for clients and will not shy away from learning. This role is for someone looking to advance their existing Salesforce administration experience and must have a strong skill set with MS Excel for exports and imports. Additionally, we are seeking an individual who has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal acumen, and thrives working in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support to client users, address queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth user experience
- Assist in configuring Salesforce to meet client requirements, including but not limited to creating fields and page layouts
- Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, and groups
- Programmatically design, develop, test, and iterate Flows in Salesforce
- Maintain existing reports and dashboards, as well as build custom reports and dashboards to serve client need
- Perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing
- Upgrade and configure Salesforce systems for optimized integration
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solution designs
- Document processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables
- Play a key role in identifying emerging technology solutions that align with business needs and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Must have 2-3 years of prior Salesforce Administration experience (ideally in multiple instances)
- Must have 3-4 years prior experience in MS Excel, G-Suite
- Beginner to intermediate knowledge of Flows
- Has familiarity with common SFDC integrations for email, accounting software, marketing and sales OPS tools, etc.
- Must be able to communicate in client-facing meetings professionally and effectively.
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dashboards, and reports
- Be up to date with current SFDC releases and best practices
- Be able to own client communications
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
- Excel is a requirement for this role. Must understand V-lookups, concatenation, and separation formulations, etc.
- Data entry and manipulation is a key component of this role
- Can work between US Pacific time business hours (8am-5pm)
- Can work a minimum of 10-15 hours per week with growth as more projects come on board.
- High school diploma required, college degree preferred
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201) is a plus.
Job Type: Part Time Contract (40-60 hours per month)
Hourly Rate: $42- $50
