Project Billing Specialist

Having Extensive Experience in the Construction Accounting field, especially with regard to Draw Processes is critical for this role!

Saylite in Carrollton, TX is looking to hire a full-time Project Accountant to work collaboratively with the Lights Fantastic Division Project Managers to capture and manage all project data to ensure accurate invoicing, and oversee the financial management of the active projects.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROJECT ACCOUNTANT

As a Project Accountant, you are responsible for

Working closely with the Project Managers, you will prepare, post and submit client draws, capture project revenues against contracts, assist with preparation of change orders for monthly draw processing and ensure alignment between contract terms and project billing. This position is key to helping this segment of our business reach its budgets and goals.

Job Description: Project Accountant

The Project Accountant is responsible for financial management of assigned operational project(s). This role will work collaboratively with the Project Managers to capture and manage all revenue items associated with the project(s) and complete invoice processes on a monthly basis . This position works collaboratively with the Project Management department, and reports to the Assistant Controller.
