In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Engaging with potential customers via phone, text, email or in-person to drive new sales appointments.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Collaborating with a team of professionals to meet agency goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong customer service focus. A background in sales or customer service, particularly within the insurance industry, is preferred but not required.

Salary: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Generate leads through various methods, including networking, call-lists, referrals, and outreach.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Develop qualified appointments that will result in closed sales.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Acting as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborating with a team of professionals to meet agency goals and objectives.
- Community involvement by joining an approved volunteer board.
- Participate in two community events per quarter to drive new business.
- Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
- Return all phone messages promptly.
- Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
