Responsibilities of IT Manager:

• Test and update DRBC procedures regularly
• Offer leadership, training and recruitment support to the IT team
• Craft and sustain strategic plans

Qualifications of IT Manager:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related is required
• Masters degree preferred
• 10+ years of IT experience, insurance industry preferred
• 5+ years in a leadership role

Salary Range of IT Manager: $100,000 - 120,000 depending on experience
