Chuck Nash Auto Group seeks an automotive Parts Counter Professional who loves greeting customers, assessing customer needs to build and maintain productive, long lasting relationships with existing customers and closes sales to achieve goals.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Informing customers of specials and products.
- Answering phone calls, providing price quotes, and other information.
- Reviewing Collision Center or Service estimates to ensure all parts are ordered and pricing is in line with the estimate.
- Pulling and filling orders.
- Maintain records of repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts.
Qualifications:
- Neat, professional appearance
- Positive Attitude
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to use time management
- Must be able to multitask
- Successfully pass the pre-employment screening which consists of a drug test and background check
- CDK and CCC Experience a plus
- General Motors experience is a plus
