We are looking for a Warehouse Inventory Supervisor to lead our inventory control team. This key role reports directly to our Warehouse Operations Manager and is responsible for supervising the Inventory Control Specialists, managing processes, contributing to the strategy development, inventory reporting and special projects. We are seeking a self-starter that is proactive and is able to work semi-autonomously. To be successful in this role, our candidate will be solution oriented, high energy and technologically savvy.

and Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory information
• Provide supervision, guidance and support in cycle counts, physical inventories while maintaining accurate inventory information
• Analyze and correct inventory discrepancies; implement discrepancy preventive actions
• Supervise the team of Inventory Control Clerks to ensure Inventory Operations are efficiently accomplished with the highest level of safety and excellence
• Measure and report key metrics; accountable for accuracy of inventory information
• Develop, train, coach and motivate a strong cohesive team
• Maintain positive open lines of communication with every department within the company
• Ensure all issues brought to the warehouse leadership team are resolved quickly and process changes are made if needed
