The Estimator collaborates closely with potential clients to develop comprehensive bid packages tailored to their specifications. This role involves visiting potential job sites and client offices as required, while efficiently managing multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines. Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating for light commercial and/or retail construction projects (or a minimum of 10 years of self-perform estimating for an interior drywall/carpentry company)
A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture is also required.
