As a Customer Care Agent: 

Your primary goal is to recover missed sales opportunities including cancellations by customers. You will need to know our products inside out, understand what our customers need, and be their guide through the buying journey. Success comes with determination, honesty, and a touch of boldness – shaping the way for success, one satisfied customer at a time. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to each customer's needs. 
• Follow the sales presentation script diligently and present pricing options, financing, and special offers. 
• Complete sales transactions, secure customer commitments, and finalize necessary paperwork. 
• Attend training sessions and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge. 
• Participate in monthly Performance Development Plans to optimize sales performance. 

Qualifications: 

• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Basic math and computer proficiency. 
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home visits.
