Job description
Wasabi Sushi Bar has been building its brand and serving the St. Louis metro community Japanese cuisine and sushi since 2003! Our Edwardsville location was established in 2009 and has been thriving ever since!
We are looking to expand and are in need of additional sushi chefs to work as a team with our other talented chefs! If you have no prior experience in making Japanese food, we are willing to train you in the highly specialized art of sushi!
A sushi chef's responsibility is to quickly roll maki using precision and a knowledge of the menu. They will work in sequence with the head chef and other sushi chefs on the line. The sushi chefs are working in front of the guests so will need to maintain a clean workspace and have a friendly attitude.
