About Quinsigamond Community College:

Quinsigamond Community College (QCC), the largest community college in Central Massachusetts serving over 13,000 students in degree and certificate programs, adult education and workforce development. QCC offers over 70 associate degree and certificate career options in Business, Health Care, Technology, Liberal Arts, and Human Services. Additionally, over 137 credit and 300 noncredit courses are offered online, as well as a wide variety of classroom non-credit courses, workshops, and seminars. Classes are provided on the main campus, in downtown Worcester (Healthcare, Workforce Development, Continuing Education), at the Worcester Senior Center (Hospitality & Recreation Management), at Burncoat High School (Automotive Technology), and in the city of Southbridge.

Job Description:

General Statement

Provides flexible responsive and high-quality customer services to the entire college community. Delivers administrative support by compiling data, maintaining records and databases, preparing reports and documents, and distributing information through the use of a personal computer and other office equipment. Assists in the operation of all Auxiliary Services' Departments including but not limited to Events & Inventory.

Supervision Received

Reports directly to Executive Director of Engineering, Energy, Environment, & Extension Campus Facilities

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must have at least (A) three years of full-time, equivalent part-time, experience in office work, or (B) any equivalent combination of the required experience and the substitutions below:

Substitutions: *Education substitutions will be only permitted for a maximum of two years of

the required experience. Preferred Qualification

Bi-weekly salary $1,803.41 ($46,888.66 annually) Pay grade 13; An appointment from outside the bargaining unit (AFSCME) must start at Step I of the range.
