Aerotek, voted Best in Staffing is hiring  Warehouse Workers on all shifts to work with a local manufacturing facility with a starting pay of $18.50 per hour (paid weekly) along with additional benefits that include a sign on bonus, immediate vacation/PTO, employee stock ownership, annual raises, medical, dental, vision and 401k.

Description:

Our team is growing and we are looking to add more warehouse workers to our team. Each warehouse worker is responsible for quality control and sorting and maintaining flow of materials through the distribution system. In order to be effective, individual must be fluent with communication, and it is imperative that they maintain positive relations with all internal levels of the organization

• Daily Job Duties:
• Pick and pack to ensure all orders are pulled and packaged properly to be loaded
• Ensure all orders are loaded properly on the correct trailer and all the paperwork is complete so the orders can ship
• Develop and maintain a clean, safe working environment and ensure participation in safety programs and required trainings
• Consistently demonstrate and incorporate principals of safety for self and others into daily activities
• Sort and move product interdepartmentally while operating and using a variety of material handling equipment, including, but not limited to, forklifts, hand-held devices, racks, etc.
• Perform all duties in a manner that promotes team concept and encourages team effort
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to work on assigned tasks while portraying excellent teamwork mentality
• Problem solving skills and innovative solutions

Hours and Pay:

$21.52

2nd shift: 5pm - 5:30am

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Must have worked at an employer for at least 12 consecutive months in the past 3 years

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs routinely

Must be able to read a tape measure and use hand and power tools
