We are seeking a mission-focused Cyber Security Operations Specialist (CSOC) Tier III to support and contribute to our government customer’s success in Springfield, Virginia !

*** ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED ***

As a CSOC Tier III , you will provide 24x7x365 coordination, execution, and implementation of all actions required for the containment, eradication, and recovery measures for events and incidents.

Services include incident handling and response, malware analysis and signature development, and forensic artifact handling and analysis. 

Required Experience, Education, Skills & Technologies

• A current TS/SCI clearance with the ability to successfully obtain and maintain a Government Polygraph (post-hire).
• Two (2) to Six (6) years of relavant work experience. 
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field in lieu of a degree. 
• DoD 8570 IAT Level III certification required (current); must be able to successfully obtain and maintain CSSP Incident Responder certification within 120 days of start date. 
• Ability to work One (1) or more of Five (5) work shifts. 
• Experience working with the following:
  • TCP/IP
  • Protocol analyzers 
  • Network protocols 
  • Cyber Attack Lifecycle 
  • MITRE ATT&CK framework 
  • Obfuscation techniques (i.e. base64, rot13, XOR, URL encoding, etc.) 
  • SIEM for event analysis

Security Clearance Level 

• TS/SCI clearance (current) with the ability to successfully obtain and maintain a Government Polygraph (post-hire)

Certification 

• DoD 8570 IAT Level III required (current)
• CSSP Incident Responder certificate within 120 days of start date 

Work Schedule 

• Full-time on-site at designated facility
