Basement Foundation & Piering Foreman

$60,000 to $74,000 DOE

This role manages the Basement Foundation and Piering division, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pier construction, foundation repair, and waterproofing, along with proven leadership skills and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the activities of the Basement Foundation and Piering construction crews, ensuring efficiency and high-quality workmanship.
• Install jobs as contracted, accurately execute construction plans.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe work environment for all crew members.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Communicate effectively with clients and company operations manager, providing regular updates on project progress.
• Train and mentor crew members, fostering a culture of learning, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a construction foreman in pier construction, foundation repair, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles specific to waterproofing and foundation repair.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a construction crew.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
