YOUR DAY TO DAY AS A GRILL LINE COOK
As a Grill Line Cook at Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to order, following our standard grill line recipes. You will be proficient in operating grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment, utilizing various cooking techniques such as sautéing, broiling, and baking. Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring that each dish is prepared according to cook instructions. In addition to cooking, you will be responsible for setting up and tearing down the food preparation workspace, as well as cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the kitchen equipment and workspace.

Adhering to food service safety and sanitation protocols will be essential, as will properly storing and handling food. By complying with company policies and procedures, you will contribute to creating a safe and efficient work environment.
