Job description

A leading hospital in Central NC  is eager to fill a Nurse Administrative Director ICU role! 

This 150-bed hospital seeks experienced and driven candidates that will lead a dynamic and innovative team and ensure that their staff and department are delivering flawless and exceptional patient care. As the leader of critical care nurses, this director will organize and supervise the ICU and surgery floor functions. This role will also strive to develop, implement, and manage department budgets, engage in quality and performance improvement, and invest in the professional development of their staff. The right candidate for this role will have nursing experience in a critical care unit and leadership experience. A BSN is preferred for this position, as is a BLS and ACLS certification and RN licensure in North Carolina.
