Job description

The Palms of Mount Pleasant (Senior Living Community) is seeking a Director of maintenance.

Basically responsibilities include:

Preparing rooms for occupancy.
Overseeing the cleanliness and functionality of the campus.
Working with vendors to contract work beyond the scope of in house personnel.
Collaborating with leadership team to ensure a safe, liveable and workable environment.

Some Senior Living Experience is preferrable but not required.
