We are passionate about delivering high-quality, scalable, intuitive software products and are seeking a skilled Back-end Software Engineer with an active-oriented mindset who will be responsible for the development and delivery of our SaaS application.

What You Will Be Doing

- Reporting to the Head of Engineering.
- Writing and implementing, clean, scalable, well-documented code based on technical designs and high-fidelity UX prototypes.
- Researching and designing new software systems, applications, and interfaces.
- Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing software systems.
- Maintaining software code and security systems.
- Meeting with Development Managers, Program Managers, and Executives to discuss the scope and status of software projects.
Creating technical documents.

What You Need for this Position

- A Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field or relevant experience
- 5+ years of total software engineering experience
- Experience creating robust, scalable SaaS solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Methodical, organized, and a self-starter.
- Programming Languages: Crystal or Ruby
- Experience with Swagger / OpenAPI, REST, JSON, Distributed systems, PostgreSQL
- Experience with GIT
