The Role

As an Engagement Manager, based in Jersey City, you'll:

Collaborate directly with our district and school partners in New Jersey, ensuring their success and fostering continued adoption and growth of our programs.
Craft client programs, materials, processes, and best practices to drive sustained utilization, growth, and adoption.
Cultivate meaningful, trusted relationships across various departments within our organization.
Manage account renewals and upselling efforts.
Act on client feedback to provide valuable insights to cross-functional teams and senior management.
Develop strategies for identifying and mitigating risks with at-risk clients, with a focus on enhancing retention and overall client growth.
Be present at partner schools in New York and New Jersey, and travel to other accounts nationwide.
Requirements

2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, or alternatively, 2+ years as a school or district leader.
Experience in K-12 education.
Proven track record of driving positive customer success outcomes, including retention, expansion, churn reduction, client advocacy, and account lifetime value.
Ability to navigate and resolve client challenges effectively, both internally and externally.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
